Best Business Calling & Dialer Software in the UK (2026)

5 questions to ask before buying calling software
How calling and dialer software is priced
Per user per month, usually with a UK minutes bundle, plus charges for international calls and extra numbers. Contact-centre and AI features are typically sold as higher tiers or add-ons. SaaS Fit's advice is free for you: our fee comes from the vendor, and you never pay more than the vendor's own price.
Calling and dialer software in the UK: common questions
Do we need to screen numbers against the TPS?
Yes. For unsolicited live sales calls you must screen individuals against the TPS and businesses against the CTPS, unless they have told you they are happy to receive your calls. The ICO enforces these PECR rules and can fine for breaches.
Are predictive dialers allowed in the UK?
Yes, but Ofcom treats too many abandoned or silent calls as persistent misuse. Keep the abandoned-call rate within Ofcom's limit (3% of live calls per campaign over 24 hours), play an information message on abandoned calls and show a valid caller ID.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Usually yes. Most cloud providers can port UK geographic and non-geographic numbers; ask for the timeline and who handles the porting request.
