Best Sales Dialer & Calling Software in the US (2026)

5 questions to ask before buying calling software
How calling and dialer software is priced
Per user per month, usually with a domestic minutes bundle; parallel dialers and AI features are often priced as premium seats. Contact-centre plans and AI voice agents add per-minute or per-interaction charges. SaaS Fit's advice is free for you: our fee comes from the vendor, and you never pay more than the vendor's own price.
Calling and dialer software in the US: common questions
Do we need consent to use an auto dialer or AI voice?
Under the TCPA, calls to mobile numbers made with an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice generally need prior express consent, and telemarketing calls need prior express written consent. The FCC has said AI-generated voices count as artificial. Scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and take legal advice for your use case.
Is call recording legal in the US?
Federal law allows one-party consent, but several states, including California, require consent from everyone on the call. The safe default is to announce recording at the start of every call.
Parallel dialer or power dialer?
Parallel dialers suit SDR teams calling large lists of cold prospects, where most calls go unanswered. Power dialers suit account executives and warmer lists where every conversation matters and a short delay on pickup would hurt.
